Yesterday went well. Today was even better. There isn’t too much to report…
Ah! I can tell you about today’s diet. I had hard boiled eggs, peanut, and yogurt for lunch, drank water all day. And I’m on the hunt for dinner… Trader Joe’s here I come!
The most I have to report today is that I’m happy. I didn’t cheat on my diet. I didn’t exercise today, but that’s ok. A friend just told me about protein shakes and how that’s a good replacement for protein at lunch. Considering what I ate for lunch protein shakes do not sound like a bad idea.
I’ll share some of the “ok” foods to eat during Cycle 1 of the 17-Day Diet beforeĀ I head out to Trader Joe’s and buy them:
Flounder
Chicken breasts
Turkey breasts
Eggs
Broccoli
Asparagus
Cabbage
Apples
Oranges
6 oz. yogurts
